Last updated: June 11, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy describes how the AgPHY website collects, uses, shares, and protects user information.
1. Information collected
AgPHY only collects the following types of information:
- Browsing data: statistical information about site usage, such as pages visited, tools used, and time on site. This data is anonymous and used only to understand how to improve the platform.
- Files uploaded by users: geospatial files (.zip, .kml, .geojson, .csv, .txt, .gpkg, .tif, and similar) that users upload to the tools for processing. These files are processed temporarily in memory and discarded immediately after processing, with no permanent storage and no sharing with third parties.
AgPHY does not collect personally identifiable data. There is no signup, login, contact form, or any user identification mechanism.
2. Use of information
Collected information is used exclusively to:
- Anonymous statistical analysis of platform usage, identifying the most-used tools, usage patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Process files uploaded by users to generate the results requested by each tool.
Important: After each file is processed, the data is immediately removed from server memory. AgPHY does not keep a database of processed files, upload history, or any information that would allow tracking individual files after use.
3. Information sharing
- Anonymous browsing data may be shared with Google Analytics for aggregated statistical analysis of site usage.
- Files uploaded by users are never shared with third parties under any circumstances. They remain on the AgPHY server only as long as needed for processing and are discarded immediately after.
4. Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics measurement cookies for statistical usage analysis. These cookies do not store personally identifiable data and can be disabled at any time in your browser settings, without affecting how the tools work.
AgPHY does not use marketing cookies, advertising tracking, or third-party cookies unrelated to statistical analysis.
5. Security
All connections to AgPHY use HTTPS, ensuring data encryption during transmission. There is no permanent storage of personal data or user-uploaded files, eliminating long-term data breach risk.
6. User rights
Since AgPHY does not collect personally identifiable data and uploaded files are discarded immediately after processing, there is no need to request deletion or correction of personal data from the platform.
Users can disable analytics cookies at any time directly in their browser settings, without affecting use of the tools.
