No. AgPHY doesn't require signup, login, email, or any personal information. Just go to www.agphy.com, pick a tool, and process your files. Heavier processing runs on the server, but everything happens in memory — no data is ever saved.

No. Uploaded files are processed temporarily in memory and discarded once processing is done. AgPHY doesn't keep a user database or store processed files.

Use the Raw TIFF to Colored TIFF tool. Upload your raw NDVI GeoTIFF, choose the number of classes (2 to 7), the classification method (Quantiles, Equal Intervals, or Jenks), and a color palette. The result is a colored GeoTIFF ready to view or to generate a GeoPDF for Avenza Maps.

It's a two-step flow: first classify your data by generating a Colored TIFF (with SHP to Colored TIFF or Raw TIFF to Colored TIFF). Then use GeoTIFF to GeoPDF to convert it into a georeferenced PDF. The file works with Avenza Maps, QField, and other field apps.

Yes. Use Convert CSV to SHP. AgPHY automatically detects the delimiter (comma or semicolon) and the decimal separator (period or comma). For files exported from Brazilian ag monitors, use the equivalent Convert TXT to SHP tool.

No, they're complementary tools. QGIS is a full desktop application for advanced spatial modeling workflows. AgPHY focuses on everyday precision agriculture tasks — format conversion, classification, data cleanup, field-ready maps — that would normally require QGIS or paid software. For quick tasks, AgPHY saves time. For advanced workflows, QGIS is still the better choice.

AgPHY accepts files up to 50 MB. For larger files, reduce the resolution or clip the area of interest in QGIS before uploading. High-resolution drone TIFFs usually need to be resampled to field-scale resolutions (1 m to 10 m) before uploading.

Yes. AgPHY offers IDW Interpolation and Ordinary Kriging, available under the Analysis category. Both generate a polygon shapefile clipped to the field boundary, ready for prescription maps. The tool also supports the reverse flow: rasterizing polygons into TIFF and vectorizing TIFF into points.

Supported for input and output: Shapefile (.zip), KML, GeoJSON, CSV, TXT, GeoPackage (.gpkg), GeoTIFF (.tif/.tiff), GeoPDF (.pdf). Each tool lists which formats it accepts. Most conversions have a reverse tool available.

Yes. AgPHY works in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) on both desktop and mobile. The interface is responsive and adapts to your screen size. For processing large TIFFs, desktop is recommended.
